The Chess Valley Primary Learning Trust was launched on 1st April 2019.

The Trust was set up by converting Christ Church Chorleywood C of E School Single Academy Trust (SAT) into a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). 

The first school to join the Trust was Sarratt CE Primary School, which became an Academy on 1st April 2019 to coincide with the formation of the Trust. 

Little Chalfont Primary and St. Mary's Rickmansworth C of E Primary joined the trust on 1st April 2024, growing the trust to four primary schools.

We will now consider further growth in a sustainable and sensible way in line with local and national expectations. 

These new joiners to the trust family would be additional primary schools, and see community schools and church schools joining the Trust.
